Searching for Deliveries
Use Quick Search to instantly locate deliveries and customers
Quick Search lets you instantly locate deliveries, customers, and other key information without leaving your current page.
Open Quick Search
Locate the search bar at the top of the portal, or press ⌘K (Mac) / Ctrl K (Windows) to open it from anywhere.
Search
Search by delivery number, consignment number, or customer name. Matching results appear instantly as you type, showing:
- Delivery number
- Customer name
- Collection and delivery times
- Current delivery status (e.g. Requested, Booked, Collected, Delivered)
Take an action
From the Quick Search panel, you can:
- Select a delivery – Opens the delivery details panel with full information and actions
- Go to Dashboard – Quickly navigate to the main dashboard
- Create a Delivery – Seamlessly book a new delivery
- View Live Orders – Monitor orders currently in progress
- Help Documentation – Access support articles directly
