Creating a Delivery

Access the Create Delivery page

Select Create Delivery on the menu.

Enter delivery details

Select the location you’re delivering from, then choose whether you’re delivering to a customer or to an existing store within your network.

Receiver information is required, including first and last name, email, and phone. Delivery updates (Order Placed, Booked, Collected, and Delivered) are sent to the receiver.

You can also search an automated address book to populate delivery information automatically.

Add product and parcel details

Product details aren’t required, but we recommend entering them for insurance and reporting purposes. If left blank, placeholder values are used when creating the booking with the assigned driver.

Parcel details — type, quantity, width (cm), height (cm), length (cm), and weight (kg) — are required so Rendr can calculate the most appropriate driver and available services.

Add special delivery requirements (optional)

Additional requirements can be added prior to booking, including ID Check, Tailgate, Proof of Age, and other instructions.

Set collection details

Select the time the order will be ready for collection. This time is used to notify drivers when they can collect the order, and may impact price and available services.

Selecting My order is ready for pickup now sets the collection time to the next available slot and automatically selects Book Delivery Now.

Choose a delivery method

Select Show delivery options to see available services, including delivery type, price, and estimated delivery time:

• Rendr Fast (30 minutes – 3 hours)
• Rendr Flexible (Same Day)
• Rendr Standard (Overnight / Interstate)

Request or book the delivery

Requesting a delivery redirects you to the Manage Orders page, where confirmation/booking is required.

If your order is ready for collection right away, select the Book delivery now checkbox.

You can override authority to leave by deselecting the Authority to Leave checkbox, and add delivery instructions that will be passed to the driver and printed on the delivery label. To proceed, you must agree to Rendr’s Terms & Conditions.
