Create & Manage Manifests

Manifest orders for carriers that require it, such as Australia Post

Rendr’s platform supports a range of delivery types, including 30 minutes, Same Day, Scheduled, Overnight, and Returns. Manifesting is required for some integrated carriers, in particular Australia Post.

Accessing Manifests

The Manifests menu item is available for accounts with permissions to create manifests.

Recent Manifests

Once the Manifests interface is open, you’ll see Open, In Process, and Completed manifests.

Open Manifests

Open manifests require a two-step process:

Mark as ready

Select the orders to include in the manifest and mark them as ready.

Confirm the manifest

Confirm the manifest using the action buttons.

Once manifested, you can retrieve an order summary from the page, or by navigating to In Process.
