Account Hierarchy & Access Levels
Account Hierarchy & Access Levels
Understand how organisation, brand, and store-level access works in the Delivery Dashboard
Account hierarchy lets you set up access at three main levels:
- Organisational Level – For groups managing multiple brands, providing visibility and control across all brands and their stores
- Brand Level – For teams managing one brand and all of its stores
- Store Level – For users who need access to just one store’s delivery data and actions
This structure is ideal for large organisations, franchise groups, and multi-location retailers.
Access Levels
1. Organisational Level
Provides oversight and management across all brands and stores within the organisation. Commonly used for executive teams, senior operations, and head office staff overseeing multiple brands.
Users can:
- View, create, and manage deliveries across every brand and store in the organisation
- Access organisation-wide reporting and analytics
- Manage brand-level and store-level configurations
- Switch between brands and stores from a single account
2. Brand Level
Provides a complete overview of deliveries across all stores for a single brand. Commonly used for brand HQ staff, regional managers, and brand-specific operations teams.
Users can:
- View, create, and manage deliveries for every store under the brand
- Access reporting and analytics for the brand
- Manage store configurations within the brand
3. Store Level
Restricts visibility and actions to one store. Commonly used for store managers and in-store team members.
Users can:
- View, create, and manage deliveries for their assigned store
- Access store-specific reporting and analytics
- Edit settings for their store (if permissioned)
Switching Between Locations
If your account has access to multiple locations:
Organisational-level accounts can see all brands and stores. Brand-level accounts see all stores within their brand. Store-level accounts see only their assigned store.
