# Searching for Deliveries

Quick Search lets you instantly locate deliveries, customers, and other key information without leaving your current page.

#### Open Quick Search

Locate the search bar at the top of the portal, or press **⌘K** (Mac) / **Ctrl K** (Windows) to open it from anywhere.

#### Search

Search by delivery number, consignment number, or customer name. Matching results appear instantly as you type, showing:

* Delivery number
* Customer name
* Collection and delivery times
* Current delivery status (e.g. Requested, Booked, Collected, Delivered)

#### Take an action

From the Quick Search panel, you can:

* **Select a delivery** – Opens the delivery details panel with full information and actions
* **Go to Dashboard** – Quickly navigate to the main dashboard
* **Create a Delivery** – Seamlessly book a new delivery
* **View Live Orders** – Monitor orders currently in progress
* **Help Documentation** – Access support articles directly
