The Rendr Carrier Network model lets you access a curated pool of carriers without managing individual carrier relationships, credentials, or integrations. Rendr selects, books, and monitors the right carrier for each delivery automatically.

How It Works

When a delivery is created, Rendr’s orchestration engine evaluates all eligible carriers in your network based on:

• Delivery type and SLA requirements
• Parcel dimensions and weight
• Destination and coverage area
• Product type compliance (e.g. regulated goods, high-value items)
• Store-level carrier preferences and cut-off times
• Pricing logic

The most suitable carrier is selected and booked automatically. Tracking events are ingested from the carrier and normalised into Rendr’s consistent status model, regardless of which carrier is used.
