# Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your Delivery Dashboard password, you can reset it from the portal login page.

#### Go to the login page

Navigate to [https://retailer.rendr.delivery/](https://retailer.rendr.delivery/). If you're already logged in, log out first.

#### Request a reset link

Enter your email address and select **Forgot password?**

#### Check your email

You'll receive an email with a link to a screen where you can set a new password.

#### Set a new password

Enter your new password and confirm the change. You'll receive a confirmation email once your password has been successfully updated, and you're all set to sign in.
