The Own Network model allows merchants to fulfil deliveries using their own staff or internal courier network, managed through the Rendr platform. Purpose-built for store-based couriers and internal fleets.

## How It Works

Deliveries are created via the standard Create Delivery endpoint with additional fields to assign a staff courier. Once assigned, the courier receives an SMS notification with job details and a link to accept the delivery via the Rendr Driver App.

* Dispatch is controlled via Rendr
* Driver assignment is managed internally by your team
* Tracking events are generated through Rendr's systems
* SLA monitoring and operational oversight remain consistent with other fulfilment models
